APPLYING MADE IN VIETNAM LEAN MANAGEMENT SOLUTION SYSTEM IN IMPLEMENTING VNPT’S STRATEGY IN DONGNAI TO PROMOTE MANAGEMENT FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESSFUL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

In the busy early spring days of 2021, GKM Institute of Lean Management, Vietnam GKM Corporate together with ILACS Institute, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology co-organized a training program, strategic consulting for VNPT – Dong Nai branch, for providing a Made in Vietnam Lean Management strategy solution system (according to the School of Made in Vietnam Lean Management), creating solutions to implement strategic plan 2021, aiming the effective digital transformation for all VNPT bases in Dong Nai area.

VNPT Dong Nai Branch is one of the leading units in VNPT Group, with a management team who are enthusiastic, passionate, always looking for new knowledge to develop themselves and develop VNPT. At the training program, the leaders of VNPT Dong Nai together agreed on a breakthrough development orientation and a specific action program towards comprehensive digital transformation at the request of the Group in 2021. In order to achieve these development goals, all managers should have the same DNA system of Made in Vietnam Lean Strategic Management which will reinforce the existing management foundation and be an effective solution for the process of comprehensive digital transformation at VNPT Dong Nai.

Mr. Pham Hung Duc, Chief Representative of VNPT in Dong Nai, affirmed that the Lean Strategy Solution (DNA) System is suitable for Vietnamese enterprises, especially technology enterprises such as VNPT. He and the entire management team agreed to deploy the solution system in The Company’s 2021 Development Resolution.

Speaking at the end of the training, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Deputy Chief Representative of VNPT Dong Nai shared “I have come to realize a lot of things that were previously not fully understood the School of Made in Vietnam Lean Management, VNPT Dong Nai will certainly successfully implement the DNA system of Made in Vietnam Lean Strategic Management, creating a solid foundation for VNPT Dong Nai to develop sustainable.

The training program was emotionful, giving the closing speech of the course, Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh believed with the determination of the leadership team and all VNPT Dong Nai staff, along with the Companion of the GKM Institute of Compact Management and ILACS Institute, VNPT Dong Nai will have a breakthrough development in 2021 in accordance with the set strategic objectives.
