Made in Vietnam Lean Management Technology has proven its practicality in the journey of transmitting management DNA to Vietnamese businesses. On August 19, 2022 at Thuy Van Industrial Park, Phu Tho, GKM Lean Management Institute continued to coordinate with the company’s leadership, deploying the EMO Training Program for middle and staff leaders. at Windtech Joint Stock Company. At the morning training session, mid-level leaders understood the practicality of TAM THE, and practiced instilling TAM THE for junior staff.
A middle-level leader stated that “Good order processing for customers is to do for yourself, not for anyone”; “An example of not doing real things, not having a TAM THE is designing 2D, 3D, I missed the deadline because I was not focused, but said that the machine had a software error.”
Ms. Minh Hanh, sales director of Viet Vuong Company shared: “I have attended the courses of Jica Japan, not missing any courses.
