The Covid pandemic is still complicated worldwide, significantly affecting many economic sectors in Vietnam. Faced with a broken supply chain, human resources recruitment due to the epidemic, and business conditions changed, Vietnamese enterprises cannot apply traditional processes and management methods to respond to actual problems.
