The book “Lean Management in Vietnam – The Road to Success” by Hanoi National University Publishing House. It is known that the author of the book – Associate Professor Nguyen Dang Minh – has conceived the content for a long time up to 20 years, and the process of writing the book also lasted for more than ten years. He studied abroad at Tokyo University, Nagoya University, and worked for Toyota Corporation, Japan. Along with teaching and consulting on innovative applications of effective management models of the world to domestic business systems, he also published many scientific works on lean management methods. , published in international scientific journals. Today, on the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day, we meet this intellectual businessman through sharing about his favorite book.
