On 12th May 2018, GKM Lean Institute opened the third Made in Vietnam Lean CEO Program. This program was attracted by many business leaders from also large and SMEs companies.

The participants were not only the leaders of Vietnamese enterprises but also especially the President and CEO Mitsubishi Corporation (Vietnam) in this program. They have shared the difficulties, challenges in their daily operation management, as well as the long-term issues including business model, strategies, business philosophies…etc. Their concerns were answered by 6 modules of Made in Vietnam Lean CEO Modules. Moreover under the coaching of Mr Minh, each participant found out the the solutions for the efficient cooperation between Vietnam Japan or Vietnam with any other countries that are currently challenging issues for business leaders.

At the end of this program, all business leaders considered Made in Vietnam Lean Management System as key to open for their current problems. They said it will help them to increase the productivity and be sustainable. Mr Tetsu Funayama, President and CEO Mitsubishi Corporation (Vietnam) argued that he learned a lot invaluable lesions from this Made in Vietnam Lean CEO Program of GKM Lean Institute.
