IMPROVING THE CAPACITY OF MIDDLE-LEVEL LEADERS AND ENHANCING TAM THE OF AGRIMEDIA

In Feb. 2019, Weather & Agriculture Solution JSC.  (AgriMedia) organized the spring internal training program  for all of the 40 mid-level managers and staff on the Improving the capacity of middle-level leaders and Enhancing TAM THE.

Understand and very impressed by the “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management by attending the the “Made in Vietnam” Lean CEO held at GKM Lean Institute in 2018 and also appointed resource officials to participate, in 2019 Mr. Hai and the management team started deploying at AgriMedia. The year beginning training program on capacity building and Tam The enhancement is the affirmation of this decision

Understanding the potentials and advantages with the large area to develop in the field of weather and the desire to bring businesses quickly to growth, to improve the capacity of both professionalism and Management, Mr. To Duc Hai – CEO of the company – has invited Assoc. Dr Nguyen Dang Minh, chairman of GKM Lean Institute’s Advisory Council to come to directly train all middle-level personnel from the management level to the team leaders and employees. The training session spends a great deal of time for Tam The – a key component in applying “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management.

In addition to Tam The, through the curriculum, the middle management team and AgriMedia staff also understand more about how to identify waste and how to prepare a solution matrix to address the recently discovered waste.

In the end, all destinations are aimed at helping the AgriMedia boat, which all staff members have stepped in and move forward. Whether a boat sails at an ocean or not, each member of the company, the boatmen, needs not only good expertise but a good Tam The and appropriate management methods.

Closing the training session at the beginning of the year, Mr. To Duc Hai shared: “This is a great lesson, we have had the atmosphere to connect with each other and share the weakness of everyone for each one of us and for the company. The Tam The is not naturally born but is easy to lose. Even the executive officer who already has Tam The but still wonder how to maintain it and how to make middle-class brothers to have and how to spread down to the subordinates. The image of everyone in today’s session in a frank but sincere atmosphere, sharing on the spirit of support, having a positive and pervasive nature is good part of the company. All works will get better, family life is better, and Agrimedia has contributed a part to society”.

In addition to AgriMedia, in 2019, GKM will also continue to accompany businesses in practical implementation of “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management in enterprises through a series of intensive training in “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management Level 1-9 to promote the Vietnamese lean business community to grow together.
