“Made in Vietnam” Lean Management helps Vietnamese Entrepreneurs to find solutions for sustainable development is the common conclusion of the businessmen after the end of the first day of the “Made in Vietnam” Lean CEO Course No.39, started on 08/06/2019.
The “Made in Vietnam” Lean CEO Course No.39 of GKM Lean Institute is a program to help Vietnamese businessmen and Enterprises grasp the contents of the school of “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management, thereby building a management system for their businesses, solving problems in practice, aiming at increasing productivity and sustainable development.
With the rapid changes of market, along with running businesses mostly based on experience or discrete management methods of CEOs, when businesses grow beyond the 5-year or 10 years milestones the businesses will realize the lack of sustainability in the development process. According to Dr Nguyen Dang Minh, that feeling is popular with many Vietnamese entrepreneurs and businesses and that is quite normal when businesses do not have a foundation for management system for sustainable development. Because of this reality the school of “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management has been established to support Vietnamese enterprises to supplement and improve the existing management system towards increasing productivity and sustainable development. At the same time, he also shared, change is a process and it takes time for it. The experience of training and consulting for more than 1000 enterprises applying “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management from 2011 to now, shows that success always comes to the businesses enduring to patiently implement.
In particular, when the school of “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management has been put into building a management system for businesses, the results will be really big and businesses can set foot on the sustainable development path. Therefore, “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management is considered a medicine for Vietnamese people and businesses, the remedy does not have side effects to improve physical condition and sustainable development.
The school of “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management is both scientific and practical in bringing solutions to difficult problems that Vietnamese enterprises need to answer for sustainable development.
Closing module 1, Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan, CEO of PVI Reinsurance Joint Stock Corporation, shared that he’s got to understand why businesses are difficult to maintain the management solutions to achieve sustainable efficiency. The basic knowledge of the school of “Made in Vietnam” Lean Management in module 1 of the “Made in Vietnam” Lean CEO Course No.39 has partly explained that situation.
For Mr. Bui Duc Thien, Director of FC Wiring company, he shared that I came here with many management questions, especially the compliance of middle-level officials and the management system. Through a school day, I understood the causes and oriented solutions for me to immediately implement the business reality.
The “Made in Vietnam” Lean CEO Course No.39 will be continued until July 20, 2019 with the next 5 modules promising to help entrepreneurs and businesses improve their management system, aiming to increase productivity and sustainable development., practically contribute to the country’s economic development.
