Prof. Wang (the 3rd from the left of the photo) and Japanese students are very convinced that ToT (Tam The of Things) is a solution to connect the members of organizations (families, businesses and society). This is also a solid foundation of digital transformation in Japan.

The Japanese students have connected very friendly and sincerely with Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh only after one day of study, the strength of ToT was confirmed right at the FMO training program. Indeed, Made in Vietnam Lean Management has completely convinced Japanese students.

Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh (who has nearly 14 years of living in Japan including 7 years working for Toyota Corporation Japan), from practical work at Toyota Group’s headquarters in international environment has consolidated the theoretical content of Made in Vietnam Lean Management School to lead the Japanese students to grasp the basic training contents of FMO program to overcome the barriers and challenges of young people in Japanese society (the loose connection between young people and parents in the family, living without purpose, forgetting the fundamental values, spirit and overcoming difficulties etc) to be able to connect to be with family and society better, to contribute to solving problems in Japanese families and businesses. At the program, the contents of TAM THE Management, career development orientation, Made in Vietnam PI were positively received by students and lecturers of Seinan Gakuin University, giving discussion in both depth and dimension wide. The Made in Vietnam Lean Management School really convinced Japanese students and practitioners.

Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Minh leading the discussion about the ToT and PI model (the foundation of AI and Big Data at the FMO training program), the trainees were extremely interested and persuaded about Vietnamese’ intellectual bravery.

The FMO training program really convinced young Japanese intellectuals, helping them develop their own methods of solving their problems, connecting them more with their families and society.
